Throughout my life, I have traveled and wanted to see animals and nature. I have appreciated all it has to offer. I feel a kind of kinship with the animals as I see them in their daily life.  Whether they are the predator, the prey, or animals spending time with their family. When I travel and see them in their environment, I feel like I make a connection to them. I try to show this in my art with love and respect for animals and nature. I use a painterly style, and focus on the composition to help tell the story of what I have seen. Then I use the effects of light, shadow, and color to direct your eye through the scene.
